We are pioneering a unique model that blends mission-driven research and development with market-based solutions.

Early supporters of our non-profit R&D will be offered a first right of refusal to invest in this high-potential for-profit venture. This provides you with a unique opportunity to not only contribute to solving critical societal challenges upfront but also to potentially benefit from the financial success of the resulting market-ready product.

Disclaimer: Contributions to Research & Development

At Autonodwell, we are committed to pioneering innovative living concepts. During the "Concept" phase of our product development, any contributions received are directed towards Bella Development Charity, a recognized 501(c)(3) non-profit organization (EIN: 46-2131569).

These contributions are accepted by Bella Development Charity exclusively for the purpose of supporting its research and development initiatives related to our flagship living concept.

Important Information for Contributors:

  • Tax Deductibility: Contributions to Bella Development Charity are generally tax-deductible for federal income tax purposes to the extent permitted by law. Donors should consult with their own tax advisor to determine the deductibility of their specific contribution, as individual tax situations vary.

  • No Goods or Services in Return: To qualify as a tax-deductible donation, contributors to Bella Development Charity during the Concept phase will not receive goods or services of equivalent value in direct exchange for their contribution.

  • Acknowledgments: For contributions of $250 or more, Bella Development Charity will provide a written acknowledgment that meets IRS requirements for substantiation of charitable contributions. This acknowledgment will confirm the amount of your donation and state that no goods or services were provided in return.

  • Purpose of Funds: All funds contributed to Bella Development Charity will be used solely for its charitable mission of research and development in the field of innovative living concepts.

Please Note: While we appreciate your support and interest in our future products, your contribution to Bella Development Charity during the Concept phase is a donation to a charitable organization for research and development, and is distinct from any future commercial purchase of products developed by Autonodwell. Opting in for "first orders" is a separate mechanism and does not negate the charitable intent of contributions made to Bella Development Charity.

We strongly advise all potential contributors to consult with a qualified tax professional for personalized advice regarding the tax deductibility of their contributions.

MEET THE FOUNDER

MEET THE FOUNDER

A woman with wavy brown hair sitting on a ledge, holding a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. She is smiling and wearing a black dress and brown gladiator sandals. The background features a white wall with geometric cutouts.

My name is Sarah Sapone, founder of Autonodwell. I am an architect who believes the housing industry is failing us. We are not just facing a housing shortage; we are facing a crisis of community. The towns of today are wastelands of single-family homes, and the homes are inefficient and disconnected from any sense of community.

Autonodwell was created to solve this at its core. We are building a vertically integrated technology company that will manufacture beautiful, intelligent, and resilient homes as products, not projects. Our technology will scale from individual homes to a complete community deployment platform. We are not just a homebuilder; we are a community builder developing a technology platform to design, manufacture, and manage the high-performance, resilient neighborhoods of the future.

Our vision starts with a revolutionary concept: a Community Micro-Factory, called the Community Fab, a transportable facility that can manufacture an entire town from the ground up, using sustainable materials and robotics. To be fabricated at the Community Fab is our flagship "Autono Model A," a fully autonomous home, sustainable by design, and built to provide true resilience to its inhabitants.

This campaign is the seed from which our first community will grow. Your contribution will help us fund the critical first step: building the very first Autono Model A prototype at our secured 42-acre R&D site. This prototype is essential before we can establish the first-ever Autonodwell Community Fab and industrialize community building. Our Prototype Autono Model A will initially be assembled from high-quality components customized to our specs, all sourced and Made in America. You won't just be supporting a company; you will be helping to create the blueprint for how humanity can live better, together, and ultimately, help us to industrialize community building to answer our driving question: house the world?

Product Stages at AutoNoDwell

At Autonodwell, we believe in transparency regarding the development of our flagship living concept. To keep our "flagshippers" informed, we have outlined our Product Stages, which provide insight into the current development phase of our innovations. This helps you make informed decisions when opting in for first orders.

Product Stages offer our backers a clear understanding of where our Tech & Innovation stands in its development journey. This allows you to stay informed and decide when you would like to participate.

While we are currently focused on the initial stages of our flagship living concept, here is an overview of the product stages you might encounter:

Concept

At this stage, we have an exciting idea for a physical product, but it is still in the early design phase. You might see mockups, detailed drawings, or 3D renderings that illustrate our vision for the product's appearance and functionality. We might also showcase basic prototypes made from various materials to demonstrate core ideas. Our flagship living concept begins at the Concept stage.

Prototype

The Prototype stage features a working version of the physical product. Our videos will successfully demonstrate the core functions and features described in our story. To reach this stage, we will embed high-quality videos that clearly show the key features and functionality of our physical prototype.

Production

When we reach the Production stage, we have begun turning our prototype into a mass-produced product. To qualify for this stage, we will provide clear evidence that manufacturing at scale has started.

Shipping

In the Shipping stage, we have inventory ready and have started actively shipping products to backers. Approval for this stage requires visual proof of shipping preparation, such as completed components or packaging.

We are excited to share our progress with you as our flagship living concept evolves. If you are interested in being among the first to experience our innovations, please keep an eye out for opportunities to opt-in for initial orders as we move through these stages.

PACKAGE options MAY INCLUDE:

Our 501(c)(3) will initially spearhead the crucial R&D phase for our innovative product, allowing us to rigorously test, refine, and prove its viability with philanthropic support focused purely on impact.

As this groundbreaking product matures and demonstrates market potential, we will spin out a for-profit entity to scale its production, bring back American manufacturing, and address the housing shortage on a significant commercial level.
